All memberships must be booked through our online system or by contacting us directly. Full payment is required at the time of service.
3. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Membership pauses or cancellations must be made with one week’s notice. Refunds are not provided for completed services.
4. PET HEALTH AND SAFETY
All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations before receiving services. Proof of vaccination may be required. We reserve the right to refuse service to pets with signs of illness, aggression, or other conditions that may pose a risk to themselves, other pets, or staff.
5. LIABILITY
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, KANINEOLOGY cannot be held liable for unforeseen events, such as medical emergencies or natural disasters. Pet owners are responsible for providing accurate information about their pet’s health, behavior, and specific needs.
